Dear friends, This year, the CISJD launched a "Peace Forum" project to explore ways to realize a peace regime on the Korean Peninsula through various approaches. We will have 4 forums in this year. The first forum was held on May 15th, inviting professor Jude Fernando of the University of Dublin under the theme of "Waging war for peace and security, whose peace? whose security?" I'm attaching the full text of Jude's presentation, hoping that this paper will be useful in understanding the peace regime on the Korean Peninsula in the present global context.
